Future Enhancements

Telephone Services is pleased to announce new enhancements are coming soon to your Lab voice mail service.  New applications will give you greater flexibility and control over how you manage your messages and phone calls.  Highlighted below is some of what is yet to come.  Stay tuned for more information!

Unified Messaging

• Access your messages via mobile device, in addition to the phone and email options available today.

Personal Assistant

• A virtual personal assistant allows callers to leave a message or attempt to locate you at another number.  The locate feature will announce the caller and lets you choose to accept, acknowledge or transfer the call back to your voice mailbox.
• Receive your calls at your specified location - work, mobile, home office - based on your availability.
